Ocho Verde Reserve is located 10 minutes from the ocean & town of Golfito on the Southern Pacific side of Costa Rica, and about one hour from Panama. Our reserve is across the Gulfo Dulce from the Osa penninsula and surrounded by many national parks. Ocho Verde gets its name from its location near the 8th degree of Latitude north of the equator.
